In 1954 the Lawfirm opened its doors. Since then, we have developed our profession in the fields of Maritime and Air transportation. From the very beginning our clients are Insurance Companies, P&I Clubs, and also their insured, Owners, Charterers, Maritime Agents, who are mainly addressed abroad, specially in Scandinavian and London markets. We started our activities in Maritime Law before our current Navigation Law Nº 20.094(spanish) was enacted, and many other important changes took place related to Commercial transportation.
Therefore, through all these years we have achieved all the experience from changes and developments on Legislation and Commercial trade usages, which gave us the possibility to provide our clients with a better and improved services.
